Digital Products

All of our songs, stories, coloring sheets, and downloads are delivered digitally and instantly. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

No Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the download link or file has been delivered.

Duplicate Charges or Errors

If you experience accidental duplicate billing or a technical issue that prevents delivery of your product, please contact us at info@simplebubbles.com. We will gladly investigate and, if applicable, issue a refund.

Subscriptions or Services (if applicable)

If we offer subscription-based services in the future, the terms for cancellation and refunds will be clearly provided at the time of sign-up.
